Sign Up for Notifications to receive the questions for the week before they are posted here! Previously posted questions that have not reached the 5,000 entries and are still eligible to receive more answer videos are listed below. Remember to have your video include your name and the question read prior to your answer.
SCHOLARSHIP ENTRIES ARE TEMPORARILY ON HOLD FROM LACK OF FEDERAL FUNDING
Submit your entry video for each question using the form below!
REMINDER: Your entry must start with your name, reading the question, and then answering that question. If your video does not have the question read at the beginning of your video it will be removed and disqualified from the entries.
Example: "Hello, My name is ____ ____ . What am I most excited to learn about as a future SLP? I am most excited to learn about ----"
How to Enter for a Chance to Win:
Step 1 - Read the question.
Step 2 - Think about your answer.
Step 3 - Record a video of yourself saying your name, reading the question, and giving your answer for a total video clip answer of 1-5 minutes duration.
Step 4 - Upload the entry submission form with your video answer to the question (or any remaining eligible questions)
Step 5 - After the maximum entries (5,000) for a question are received the entries will be reviewed by the SLP Scholars team and the selected scholarship recipient will be contacted for verification and to receive their scholarship funds. If a video does not meet the rules or does not adequately answer the question the video will be disqualified.
*If a video is valid but has not been selected as the recipient, it will be added to the next day's scholarship opportunity allowing for increased odds of being selected for those consistently applying as the calendar year progresses.
**If a question has not received 5,000 entries the entries will remain in queue until 5,000 entries are received for that question.
Step 6 - Repeat submitting the form for your various answer video entries to remaining questions as desired to increase your odds of selection. Participants may enter up to five (5) videos per question. Remaining questions are found below.
To ensure best chances of submitting before 5,000 entries are received for the daily question, sign up for our weekly reminder list to receive the question and increase your chances of entering to win before a question fills up.
Once a question has received the maximum 5,000 entries it will no longer appear on the list for new entries and any received videos after that point for the question will not be eligible to be selected to win. You may also submit a video for any full questions to further assist us with our research which may result in you being invited to additional invitation only opportunities for additional scholarships.
Please note: Questions are updated regularly, however, subscribe for weekly notifications to ensure timely receipt of the questions to begin your entry response.
